Sweet Pea Parties Online!

Well, what a month it has been! After selling party bits and bobs locally for a while, Sweet Pea Parties finally made it's web debut on February 4th 2010. Its been almost 8 months in the making from the initial concept through to delivery. In that 8 months we have researched, researched, and researched some more the party industry, and learnt a lot. What we found was that like us, people wanted something a little different for their parties. In particular, we noticed a big trend for a hark back to more traditional themes, an appreciation of vintage style, and nostalgia. Can these trends extend to the party industry? We certainly think so!

Tired of hunting down individual items from individual sites, we wanted to provide our customers with everything they needed to create a beautiful party all in one place. When it comes to party bags for children's parties, we found out that based on a survey from Tesco in 2007, the average spend on a party bag is now £7.48. Whilst we offer a range of products to suit a variety of budgets, we feel strongly that if you are going to be spending any amount of money, then it should be on something a little more enduring and good value for money. Party bags no longer have to full of plastic and sweets!

Its been a very encouraging month and we have had lots of lovely feedback from happy customers. Its great to know that people like the products, and we are fulfilling a need for people are looking for something a little different for their parties.
