Yes. We accept ALL major credit/debit cards for online payment as well as paypal. We use paypal as our payment gateway, but you are NOT required to have a paypal account. Just select the credit/debit card payment facility located to the left hand side of the payment page if you do not wish to pay via paypal account.

All orders are dispatched by recorded first class post, either the same day or next working day after ordering. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. If your order is urgent you can select overnight delivery. Overnight orders are sent via Special Delivery by 1pm, subject to orders being received by 11 am.  Occasionally orders may be subject to Royal Mail delays, and delays can occur over busy periods such as Christmas. Please allow for 5 days delivery time before your party, in case of such delays and to avoid disappointment. 

We operate a stock control system which ensures you cannot order anything that is not in stock. In the very unlikely event of us not being able to fulfill an order, we will contact you before sending any replacement items or refunding you.

Sweet Pea Parties will never disclose buyer's information to third parties. We will only use your name, address and payment details for the purpose of completing your order. Credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after reaching our computer and are not held in clear text on any web site. 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund (excluding postage and packaging costs) if you return your goods to us in original unopened packaging, within 7 days of receipt.
