When your confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All we ask is that if you are ordering for a time urgent party or gift that you order at least 7 days before you need the goods. This way, if we have any unexpected stock issues, we can acquire your chosen products for you or agree a suitable alternative. If you have any urgent requests, or are looking for a particular gift, then please us the contact form and we'll do our best to meet your needs.

We deliver your order right away. Standard delivery is 2-3 business days. Overnight delivery is subject to orders being received by 11 am at the latest. Our delivery prices are stated at checkout and for standard delivery are Royal Mail first class recorded, or special delivery for overnight orders.

In the unlikely event that an item is incorrectly shown as in stock when it is not, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.

Occasionally items sent my differ slightly from those pictured. this is due to the variations of stock we receive.

VAT of 17.5% VAT is included in all our prices.

Any credit card details you enter are not stored with Sweet Pea Parties. All our transactions are currently handled by Paypal who use a secure(SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption.

We aim to be environmentally friendly and as such reuse packaging as much as possible. However your order will always be packed to the highest standard to reach you in perfect condition.

Gift vouchers are still subject to £2.99 delivery charge. Gift vouchers can only be used once. Change, or another credit cannot be given if the full amount is not spent in one transaction.

Orders received over Bank Holiday periods are dispatched the first working day after the Bank Holiday, including overnight orders.
